Everything you need to start caravanning except the tow car and number plate.
This is a 6 berth caravan, 20 feet internal length, in excellent, condition owned by Non-smokers. All windows and the door have fly screens and blinds, the windows also have curtains. Heki roof light.
Hot and cold water and Blown air heating worked by gas or electric.
Lounge at either end with power and TV points. The rear can be made up as two single beds or a large double, with sturdy bunks over. The front can also be used as two singles or a large double.
In the middle situated over the axles of the van is the kitchen on one side, with full oven grill and four burner hob, and sink unit with drainer. On the opposite side is the bathroom with basin cassette toilet and shower over, the wardrobe is situated beside the bathroom.
There are overhead cupboards to the front and rear of the van, also a cocktail cabinet and cassette radio.
The rear bedroom can be divided off from the rest of the van by a sliding door.
There is an external power point and barbecue point and awning light.
Caravan has a low unladen weight of 1250kg.

Also included in the price is an INACA Mirage Awning. This projects 3 metres out from the van. It is very spacious and has interchangeable panels, outside mud skirt, metallic finish, zip fasten external window covers that keep it cool in summer and warm in winter, fly screens on either end. Cost £1500 new two years ago. Also included is a breathable ground sheet and tall annexe.
Reason for selling is due to illness.
