2005 Lunar Zenith four, 4 berth, excellent condition

Your are looking at a versatile family caravan. Superb condition inside and out, no pet or smoke smells. It comes ready for you to drive away on holiday, just put your personal belongings in and off you go. With it's low weight (MRO 855kg and Maximum Towing Permissable Laden Mass 1100kgs) and Al-ko hitch and stabiliser you don't need an expensive 4x4 to tow it, a 1.6 litre petrol saloon will tow it quite adequately.
It's a compact size of 18ft long, 7ft wide and the caravan body is 15ft long.
The bunk bed at the end of the caravan doubles as a garage in seconds, the bottom bunk lifts up to give you space to park bikes when towing and has a separate door access from the offside of the caravan.
There is a full gas oven, grill and hob, a mains electric/gas fridge with sink and drainer over using a ceramic mixer tap. The removable table is stored away out of sight and can be taken out and positioned in the awning.
The seating area at the front seats 4 quite adequately with a unit for a TV on top and drawer below. There is a large storage area under the seats and they soon adapt into the long double bed with a pull-out slatted base. Below the seats there is an rcd mains electrical unit, a mains electric/gas water heater, and the electric blown-air distribution system. Heating is also adequately supplied by a gas heater that is very efficient. There are 2 storage lockers above the seating area, 2 reading lights and 2 mains electric wall lights. There is also a wardrobe with mirror attached to the door. There is a 12 volt socket, mains electrical socket and television aerial point on the wall.
In the washroom there is a fixed basin with mixer tap which doubles as the shower when positioned on the wall. The Thetford cassette-toilet has a flush system. There is a long shelf above the toilet and a window and below the basin are 3 storage cupboards.
The windows are double glazed with fly-screens and blinds, there is a sliding sunroof above the seating area with fly-screen and blind and another roof opening above the kitchen area.
Outside the caravan there is a large storage area at the front comprising spare wheel and two 6kg propane gas bottles (one full and the other hardly used). An outside locker holds the 12 volt battery and electrical connection point. Next along is a locker that holds the easily removable cassette toilet and flush filling system. There is an outside connection point for the Aquaroll water pump and three drainage points for the Wastemaster system. On the offside rear there is a large opening door with access to the garage area. There is also an awning light above the door.
Also included in the sale are a 25 metre electric cable, 40 litre Aquaroll water carrier, Wastemaster waste carrier and porch awning.
Personal circumstances force a very reluctant sale.
