1994 ABI Marauder 4.50CTL with full awning. Brilliant family layout

1994 ABI MARAUDER 4.50CTL. To the front of the caravan is opposed seating, this is the main lounge/ dining area and can easily seat 4 adults. This area converts into a double bed at night. The seats and soft furnishings are in exelent condition. Further down the caravan on the right is the kitchen area, its great for making a meal.
It has a 2 burner hob/ grill and an electrolux 3 way fridge that works great for cooling a bottle of wine!!. There are plenty of cupboards and drawers for storing all you caravan essentials. opposite the kitchen is the double wardrobes for storing you clothes. There is a magazine rack underneath for storing you newspapers.
To the right of the wardrobes is the Toilet compartment, it has a Thetford cassette toilet fitted by a local dealer. To the rear of the caravan is opposed seating that converts into transverse bunks for the children. Its a really nice layout. The caravan is in brilliant condition has no damp. It has been well looked after by ourselfs.
There is a crack in the front window on the inner screen. However the window is water tight and we have never had a problem with it.It has 12/240v lighting and has two sockets. Also included in the sale is a full Bradcot awning. A spare wheel,step, hitch lock and winding handle for the corner steadys.
It also has a brand new whale pump that has never been used. First to see this caravan will buy. Thanks for looking.
