The caravan has an island double bed that can remain up during the day so you don't have to
constantly keep putting it up/down.
Internally the wooden finished floor and original carpet sets are as new as the original
owner and myself kept additional carpets on top so dirt and wear was prevented.
The caravan headbored has still got the plastic covering on it when it was new.
All 8 windows are double glazed,operate correctly on the latching systems,have fully
operating fly nets,original net curtains and finishing tie back curtains with eye holders.
There are 2 opening sky lights (Sunroofs) which also have fly nets and sun block out blinds.
The toilet is a thetford cassette which has an additional water tank for flushing and a
level gauge for indication when emptying is required.
There is an on-board water tank.
It will seat 10 to 11 people and sleep more than 5 comfortably.
Storage space is second to non with over 25 cupboards, a display cabinet,wardrobe,washroom
cupboards,kitchen utensil space and like all caravans all seats and double fixed bed are
storage compartments.
Lighting is two main roof lights with additional corner spot lights and in addition under
panel wrap round seat lighting which makes a very relaxing interior.
The bathroom area has a sink,hot and cold water,two vanity mirrors and lighting to both the
shower and bathroom.
There is an LG Microwave which has had little use.
The Refrigerator works perfectly. It can be run by 240v,12v or gas.
There is a 3 burner hob for cooking.
The heating system is second to non,from freezing conditions it will warm the internal van
within 10 minutes. The trumatic also has air central heating to blow hot air all around and
produces incredible heat even in the worst of cold conditions.
All keys for all locks are genuine.
