1991 Elddis Hurricane XL, 2 bert, shower/toilet room, good condition

I bought this caravan for 2K last June from Michael Jordan Caravans Ltd in Gomshall to live in while doing a house self build. Have now moved into the house hence the sale.
It is a tidy/comfortable little caravan in good condition for its age and would think it was an ideal start into caravaning.

Gas stove with 3 rings
Gas oven
2 Gas canisters included (1 empty)
Fridge with small freezer section
Hot & cold water
external 240v attachment socket to drive internal fridge & power sockets.
12v Lighting
Small internal table & larger table I presume for outside
Lots of cupboard space.
Shower.
Casset toilet
Curtains, blinds & upholstry all in good condition.
Owners manual & other documents for fittings
The main sink tap & window stays needs replacing.
It was given a service by the dealer when I got it last June, have receipt to prove purchase.
Selling for a low price for a quick sale so I can get on with the driveway ! :-)
