The van is sited in the country between Dover and Deal.
A lovely van in excellent condition with double glazing and gas central heating.
1 double 2 twin beds and sofa bed in lounge. Two toilets one with a shower the water heated from the combination boiler.
The kitchen has a full size cooker, microwave, fridge, and a breakfast bar.
The lounge/diner is large with a gas fire, TV point plenty of seating coffee table and dining table.
There is parking for two cars on block paving next to the van.
It has a BT line installed just needs connection.
The van is usable 11 months of the year. One can pay ground rent for 11 months or just 8 months from March to October.
The park is great fun, with a swimming pool club house restaurant/cafe. In the summer months there is evening entertainment. The park, Sutton Vale Caravan/Holiday Park can be viewed on the web.
